Unaccompanied children

If children are to travel without an accompanying person, this should be registered during booking, or immediately prior to the commencement of the journey. Information concerning the destination airport and precise data relating to the name and address of the person collecting the child, will be registered on a form.

The child will be cared for by flight personnel from the security check to the hand-over to the person making the collection. This also applies during transfers.

This service is available from children aged 5-12 and if requested by the parents, can be offered for young people up to the age of 18. The charges involved depend on the flight route.

Babycare Rooms

Situated in the basements of the Departure Hall and of the Transit Hall. The rooms are locked for hygienic reasons – the keys can be obtained at the information desk.
